Important Information about Arrival and Transfers  

For the tournament, it is important that we know your arrival time. Always add your arrival details on your team page so we can ensure that someone is there to welcome you in the best possible way.

• Transfers are available from and to the airports (Luleå and Skellefteå) or train stations (Älvsbyn and Luleå) to your accommodation.
• Transfer also applies from Piteå Bus Station to your Piteå Summer Games accommodation.
• Transfers are booked on your team page.

BY BUS:

Want to travel by bus? Many bus companies operate along the E4 on the Norrland coast. Purchase your ticket to Piteå Bus Station, and we look forward to welcoming you!  

BY AIR:

Fly into Luleå or Skellefteå Airport and get to us with ease. Need help booking your flight? Contact Reed & Mackay at events.se@reedmackay.com (marked with: Christer).  

TOURNAMENT BUS

On Friday morning at 06:00, the tournament buses start running and continue until Sunday afternoon (with a break after the night games finish).
All information about bus timetables and stops will be available in the Piteå Summer Games app and on our website closer to the tournament.

The tournament bus is included in the participation fee, but if you are not staying in our accommodation, you can buy a bus wristband at Check-in, Main Info, or at the school information desks.

TRANSFER

Are you arriving at Piteå Bus Station? We offer transfers to your accommodation for 80 SEK / person round trip. To book this, please do so via your team page.

For teams arriving at Älvsbyn Train Station, Luleå Train Station, Skellefteå Airport, or Luleå Airport, we arrange transfers to your accommodation for 500 SEK / person round trip. This must be booked via your team page no later than May 18.

This offer applies to teams arriving on Thursday and departing on Sunday. If you need transfers at other times, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you. We prefer that teams arrive in Piteå on Thursday or early Friday morning.
